Ernie Chavez, PT
Ogden Clinic
Ernie graduated from the University of Utah and has been practicing physical therapy since 1994. He was a member of the US National Boxing team from 1979-1980. Ernie won a gold medal at the National Olympic Sports festival as a boxer in the bantam weight division. He continued his career as a professional, world-ranked boxer. He is an avid runner. He has a personal best of 2 hours and 26 minutes for a marathon. In his spare time, Ernie enjoys running, biking, and likes to watch the Utes play. He has received certifications in Ergonomic and Industrial Rehab, including; functional capacity evaluations and work hardening programs. Ernie specializes in orthopedic, back, and sport injuries. He stresses proper nutrition and exercise to help patients achieve their goals and get them “back to life.”
Melissa Ita'aehau, DPT, CLT
Farmington/Roy Clinic
Melissa graduated with a doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Utah in 2005. She has been practicing at Wasatch Physical Therapy ever since. She competed in pole vault while attending Utah State. Melissa coached gymnastics for 10 years at USA Gymnastics World in Bountiful. She enjoys tennis, biking, playing volleyball, and being active. She is married and has 5 kids. She has focused her therapy treatment in pelvic pain and incontinence issues as well as receiving certification in the treatment of lymphedema. Although she specializes in these things, she sees patients with all conditions. She is passionate about helping her patients become their best selves.
Carly Adams, DPT, OCS
Ogden Clinic
Carly graduated with a doctorate from Eastern Washington University in Spokane, Washington. She then practiced for seven years in Bozeman, Montana, in an outpatient orthopedic setting before moving here to Utah. She enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and being outdoors hiking, camping and biking. Carly is a board certified orthopedic specialist. Her special interest area is in helping patients who are dealing with chronic pain.
Robyn Judd, DPT
Layton Clinic
Robyn graduated from the University of Utah in 2005 with a doctorate in physical therapy. She completed her undergraduate at BYU Idaho. Robyn and her family love to ski and snowboard on the wonderful mountains of Utah. She enjoys biking, playing tennis, and being outdoors. Robyn loves helping other people and it shows in her work. She sees patients with a wide variety of conditions; from pelvic pain, incontinence, orthopedic, and spine.
