Strength Training Group
Our Strength Training Groups are a great option for those looking for a more personalized fitness programming within a group but not a "class" atmosphere. In strength training groups all participants complete their own individualized workout plan at their group time. Members of the group share time with the group leader as she moves from person to person, correcting form and answering questions.
Sessions are taught by Geniel Summers. Group size is limited and availability is available upon request.
T & TH: 9:00am, 10:15am, 11:15am, 3:00pm, 4:00pm & 5:15pm
