Strength Training Groups
Strength Training Groups at Wasatch Physical Therapy are a great option for those looking for a more personalized fitness program within a group but not a "class" atmosphere. In strength training groups all participants complete their own individualized workout plan at their group time. Members of the group share time with the group leader as she moves from person to person, correcting form and answering questions.
Sessions are taught by Geniel Summers. Group size is limited and availability is available upon request.
Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00am, 10:15am, 11:15am, 3:00pm, 4:00pm & 5:15pm
