Fitness Classes at Wasatch
Class Schedule
Cardio Flow: M - F 8:00am - 9:00am
Get your heart rate up with this upbeat, active, flow style class. Working with cardio exercises, weights, and stretches we will get the body up, moving, and warm each morning of the week. All levels welcome.

Gentle Yoga M/W 9:15am-10:15am
Move the body a little slower through guided stretches and exercises designed to make life a little more flexible and comfortable. This class will involve guided breathing combined with movement to tackle all aspects of the body. Class will include movements on the hands and knees and those with limited mobility may consider chair yoga to begin. Beginner-Intermediate levels.

Body Core M/W 5pm-6pm
Attend a six week course with your own personal trainer.Your trainer will give you "before" and "after" results while coaching you at your own pace. ($90 for 6 week course) All levels welcome.

Chair Yoga Mon. 11am
Begin again, regain strength and learn simple movement and body awareness with lots of support. This class includes stretches and light movement with the support of a chair and various props. This is a great class to supplement, or as a transition following, physical therapy. All levels welcome.

Restorative Yoga Wed. 4pm
Relax, release, and repair. This class includes supported poses and a relaxing experience of sound and guided meditation. Allow yourself time to release and sink into these postures as you hold each for roughly 10 minutes. All levels welcome.
